Massaman Curry

Massaman Curry Dishes differ from other curries in that this curry includes more indian based spices as opposed to other Thai curries. Massaman Curry 🥘 Is a variant of yellow curry that is mild, rich, aromatic with a tangy taste and thick texture. The added ingredients include coconut milk, meat, onions, potatoes, and peanuts.

Tikka Masala

Has a debated origin but many say that it’s recipe stems from Indian cooks who came to England to share their unique spices and ended up marrying these spices in a delicious tomato based sauce with cream. 🇮🇳 It’s added ingredients can include crushed tomatos, garlic and many other flavorful ingredient combinations.

Phall

Phall Curry stems from red Indian curries, it is known for it’s intense heat and use of Thai Chilli Ghost Peppers as well as ghost chillis. Our very own Phall King Ian is shown here who faces this incredibly scorching challenge head on regulary! Mussaman Curry is known for its rich and aromatic flavors, combining influences from Thai, Indian, and Malay cuisine.The curry paste used in Mussaman curry is the key to its distinctive taste. It is made by grinding together a combination of dried red chilies, lemongrass, galangal, garlic, shallots, coriander, cumin,  cloves, and other aromatic spices. The paste is then cooked in coconut milk, which adds a creamy and luscious texture to the dish.
